Everyday We are Planting New Dreams

In Jamii Bora we plant new dreams in our members every day. A member that is on her way out of poverty will inspire and encourage those who have not started the climb yet.

The staff in Jamii Bora are recruited from the membership. They are the most determined and enthusiastic members, the best students in our Business Academy, and the best mobilisers. Our staff and members constantly plant new dreams and assure members:
  • that it does not matter where you come from, what matters is where you are going
  • that a poor person has nothing to lose except her poverty

Our successful members are the best in planting new dreams in the members. They know that it is possible to get out of poverty, because they have done it themselves. They are the mentors, planting new dreams in others and giving them hope.
